In accordance with Manitoba’s Workplace Safety and Health Act, as an
employer, it is your legal duty to “ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable,
the safety, heath and welfare...” of your workers.. In other words, it is your
duty to identify, reduce/eliminate and communicate hazards to your
employees.
